OPEN HOUSE & RAFFLE

The Oroville Senior Community Center held a Community Open House on Saturday April 20th from 10AM – 2PM at our location - 1521 Golden Street.

This event was well attended with over 50 local & out of town guests!! It was a great opportunity to check out all the center had to offer and the newly renovated facilities available to our community. There was pulled pork & pork ribs, as well as mac & cheese & baked beans cooked by our great chef Steve, music from 12 – 2 by Clay Warnstaff and a raffle drawn at 1:45 with a grand prize of a 2-night stay in a 2-bedroom cottage at Oroville’s own Veranda Beach won by Ted Williams!! Other prizes were won by Jo Matthews and Jennie Noel. We also recognized our 2023 donors at 11:30 AM. Thanks for joining us and helping us thank the great donors who make the continued operations of this fantastic facility for our community possible.
