Life Flight membership relieves you from liability for out of pocket costs of emergent, medically necessary transports completed and billed by Life Flight. Your membership is not an insurance policy but secondary to insurance carriers and health care cost sharing programs. The OSC group plan for LIFE FLIGHT NETWORK membership is currently renewing and open for new member enrollment. A Life Flight membership through our Group Plan requires that you are a member of OSC (dues $10.00/year). Members’ renewal rate for 2024 is $75.00 per household and includes the primary member, spouse or domestic partner, family members living at the same residence who are 24 years old or under; or legally disabled; or 65 years old or over.

Per government regulations, individuals covered by Medicaid are not eligible for membership and should not apply. Existing Life Flight members with ANY changes to their household must complete an enrollment form upon renewal. Please email our coordinator, Devi Clark, at info@orovilleseniorcenter.com and leave your contact information for her. Renewal checks should be mailed to PO Box 31, Oroville, or left at the center in the drop box. Our deadline to complete the registration and payment is July 20, 2024.
