Lifeflight Renewal Due NOW

**LIFEFLIGHT GROUP MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL NOW DUE****

The Oroville Senior Center renews memberships in the Lifeflight Group Plan this month. If you are currently a 2024 paid member of the Oroville Senior Center it is time to renew your Lifeflight membership in the group plan.

Lifeflight group rates increased 01/01/2024 to $75.00 per household. Paid OSC Members please submit your check to Oroville Senior Center with the memo 'Lifeflight' prior to July 15 if you wish to renew as a group member. Checks can be dropped off in the white drop box at the Oroville Senior Center or mailed to PO Box 31 Oroville, WA 98844. *Note you must complete an enrollment form if your contact information has changed or you wish to add/change household members!!

If you are not a 2024 paid member of the Oroville Senior Center you must complete a membership form and pay your $10.00 OSC dues prior to enrolling in the Lifeflight group. OSC Membership & Lifeflight Enrollment forms will be available at the center dining room.
