OCTN has hired a new cook for our center! This is awesome news as our meals are an integral part of the center. Mr. Snyman was introduced to attendees of Friday's lunch.  He is currently training on procedures with the Tonasket cook. It is hoped that he will start as early as mid June.  The menu for Friday May 19 is Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Broccoli Normandy, Garden Salad, Bread and Fruited Jello.

OSC continues to benefit from the community outreach which started at the beginning of the year.

At this time, the hall closet for the electrical panels is being rebuilt and the bathroom floors are being replaced.  The city has been contacted and is going to do some work on the sidewalk to correct some issues noted by members.  We are grateful to our community leaders, our members, and our supporters.

I am continually amazed at how nice the dining area looks with the new chairs!.  What am improvement from the folding chairs of the past. Come for a meal and see if you agree.

Pinochle scores for May 13 are HIGH; Lynda Rice, LOW: Nita Likkel and only Double Pinochle: Lynda Rice.
