We are pleased to welcome Jeanie Peck as our Activity Coordinator/Hostess.

Through a program offered by AARP A few months back, President Kally heard AARP had a government grant that would pay for a person to help senior centers if we were able to provide a person 18 hours of work a week. It was not hard to come up with that requirement as the center is open 4 days a week and it would be nice to have a coordinator for afternoon activities as well as a hostess during lunch. Kally contacted AARP and as usual there were hoops to go through but the process has been finalized and Jeanie started Monday the 27th! Our center will be staffed on Mon, Tues, Thu 11-3 & Fri 11-1 except holidays. Jeanie will be happy to orient newcomers at meals, answer questions, sign up memberships and just be helpful.

Bring your ideas for activities you would like to see offered in addition to our pinochle night, S.A.I.L exercise group and on-site meals. Stay tuned for more regular activities to be scheduled.
