Table decorations in the dining area have been changed over to a fall theme. Marni, our kudos to you for your decorating talent. There’s something about fall colors that really warms the heart and the dining room decorations are beautiful!

Menu for Thursday Sep 19 - Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Garden Salad: Friday Sep 20 - Clam Chowder and Turkey Sandwich: Monday Sep 23 - Sloppy Joe’s, JoJo’s and Waldorf Salad: Tuesday Sep 2 -, Chef’s Salad and Fresh Fruit Tray: Thursday Sep 26 - Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Caesar Salad. Meals are served at noon for a suggested donation of $5.00 for those 60 years and older while those under 60 pay $12.00

Pinochle Scores for Saturday Sep 14 are HIGH: Paul Bouchard, LOW: Barb Cline, DOUBLE PINOCHLE: Ted Paris and a note with the scores was “A Good time was had by all!” They left me Gingersnap cookies which were delicious.!

Once again, Pinochle is played on Saturday evenings at 7:00 and open to the public. If you want to learn, they are willing to teach. It’s a fun group to join if you are looking for a Saturday evening out with friends playing cards.
