OCTN has increased the suggested donation for meals in 2024

After many years of increased food costs, Okanogan County Transportation and Nutrition has been forced to raise the suggested donation to $5.00 per meal as well as raising the required fee for those under 60 years to $12.00 Your understanding is appreciated.

Members are reminded of the General Membership Meeting on Jan 16 at 1:00. The board has recommended changes to our by-laws and will be voting on these changes at that meeting. If you have not had a chance to review the recommendations, please let a board member know so that you may receive a copy as presented at the last meeting. A copy of these proposed changes is on the bulletin board in the activity room. Your participation is necessary for a vibrant OSC and is appreciated.

Menus for Thursday Jan 4 - Pork Roast with Stuffing and Gravy with Garden Salad; Friday Jan 5 - Chicken Fettuccine, Zucchini Tomato Bake and Caesar Salad; Monday Jan 8 - Cabbage Patch Soup with Tossed Salad; Tuesday Jan 9 - Spaghetti and Meat Sauce with Caesar Salad; Thursday Jan 11 - Biscuit and Gravy with Hash Browns and Fresh Fruit and Muffin.

Pinochle scores for Saturday Dec 30 were HIGH - Nita Likkel with 5590; LOW - Barb Cline and DOUBLE PINOCHLE - Paul Bouchard and Nita. The public is welcome to play Pinochle Saturday nights with games beginning at 7:00. Instruction can be provided for those new to the game.
